Formas de Devenir de García Whebi
Abstract
Este artículo tiene como propósito revisar la obra de Emilio García Wehbi: conocido director del ámbito porteño y uno de los fundadores del emblemático grupo "El Periferico de objetos".
Además de dirigir Wehbi trabaja como docente, régisseur, performer, actor y artista visual, produciendo espectáculos, óperas, performances, instalaciones e intervenciones urbanas que se han presentado, y siguen presentándose, en importantes escenarios y festivales del país y del exterior. Entre sus obras más recientes figuran:
"Hécuba o el gineceo canino" (2011 ),
"Prefiero que me quite el sueño Goya a que lo haga cualquier hijo de puta" (2012) ,
"Agamenón, volví del supermercado y le dí una paliza a mi hijo" (2012),
"Cuando el bufón se canse de reír" (2013) y
"La opera Luz azul" (2013).
