Abstract

In the following essay we present some procedures related to theatrical directing based on film montage process, which were created from the experience of a creation of a mise-en-scène creation. By means of theoreti-
cal reflection these procedures were defined and systematized. Following the perspective of languages hybridization, we arranged diverse systems of signifiers, adapting them to the elaboration of a dramatic text that would allow the spectator to make decisions relating to the act of watching a play. The building of the logic of meaning was designed considering the procedures applied to cinematographic montage, in the process, the expressive value of the montage when creating the theatrical spectator’s gaze was analyzed theoretically, identifying and hierarchically organizing these procedures.
